John Fairest Funeralcare

I used John Fairest on the death of my wife. I received excellent sevice from the first phone call and Sherree who dealt with the arrangements was excellent throughout as was the young lady that conducted the funeral, both are a credit to John Fairest. I would have given 5 stars but for the small room that I viewed my wife a couple of days before the funeral. I thought that the room was very austere and left a lot to be desired and I hope that John Fairest take notice of my comments, it is such a shame about the room, it could be so much better with a little thought, otherwise excellent.

Having used John Fairest 30 years ago and receiving excellent service we decided to use them again and were not disappointed. From the initial telephone conversation to the final day the compassion and understanding we were given was excellent. We had Kieran who looked after our arrangements and from the beginning he had a very compassionate manner and accommodated all our needs. On the day of the cremation everything was timed perfectly and the whole team looked very smart and were very professional. Thankyou to everyone and we won't hesitate to use you again. Toms family.
