        We ordered flowers from here for our baby granddaughters funeral as did my daughter, will never go here again. The flowers were lovely to be fair, the customer service part was awful considering the circumstances. Absolutely no compassion, think the woman who served us was bored to death and didn't hide it. Wasn't any better when she delivered the flowers to my daughter's house, couldn't even manage a slight smile, went elsewhere for the other flowers, totally different experience, lovely woman, very kind and thoughtful

        The two lovely women in store organised the flowers for my brothers funeral that was on Monday, we went in the Friday prior. We thought we had left it too late but got us sorted and ready over the weekend! She even took the flowers home to allow them to bloom a little more! Beautiful arrangement customised for him, very reasonable prices, wonderful :)
