Unfortunately, we had a really poor experience whilst dealing with Richard. He responded to my call and came to give us a quote , we booked a job 5 months ahead. A week before he was due to come I contacted him to ask what prep did we need to do to the rooms as we were going away before he was due. We emptied the rooms and took the carpets off. Two days before he was due he told me he was running two weeks late and offered a date we couldnt do. When asked for a different date he stopped responding. So we waited for months and then he cancelled or just didnt care to let us know AFTER we had already emptied the rooms etc. Lots of time and energy wasted. I definitely would look somewhere else!

Just had Richard refinish my hardwood floor and i was initially pleased with it, but then after he had gone i noticed that there was a problem. I tried to contact Richard several times and he assured me that he would return and take a look and try and sort it out. He never returned or contacted me again. Because Richard offers absolutely no after sales service i would make sure that anyone that may use him is 100% happy with the job he does because be warned all he wants is your money and will not return to help with any issues that you may find after he is gone. Sanded my floor to an exceptional finish. The service was professional throughout. They left the room completely tidy and there was very little dust created by the job/almost none. All for a very reasonable rate. There's no way I would attempt to sand a floor again. And I would always use and recommend this company. Very very pleased Service: Repair flooring

Richard and the team were brilliant - fast, clean and really professional. It has been around a year since they renovated our hard wood floor and as I was cleaning today it motivated me to post a review on here. It looks as good now as when it was first finished. Very pleased and I would recommend 100%
