Terrible Communication! Email sent with a proof of original payment on the 10th June - didn't hear back assumed it was all sorted but no it was sent to someone else so have to go through whole thing again PROOVING payment was originally made in April!!!! No response to my email no further correspondence - Joke of a company!!!
