My experience with Venture Finance, and specifically Kiran was fantastic from start to finish. Kiran is immensely knowledgable regarding client requirements and he works very proactively anticipating which lenders are best suited to whichever situation. Much of his skill and aptitude is possibly helped by the fact that he himself invests in property and knows the challenges faced by people looking to source finance for various activities.
