Terrible visit just now. Drinks machine was faulty and the Pepsi had no gas. Reported and told well sort it but no replacement was offered! The coffee machine was faulty and half the dose ended up in the floor which was completely ignored and a cookie was missed off our order which I then had to ask for again and pay separately for. In short, you need to up your game!

I cannot believe what just had happened:-)It is like from comedy movie:-)We have ordered via Just Eat, part of the order was Nachos, my partner's favourite. When it arrived, there were no Nachos, so he rang them straightaway. Lady answered, we couldn't understand her at all, but we did understand we can come next time and get Nachos! No, we want them delivered, we paid for that! Her answer was NO to everything, I couldn't believe it, does she even know what customer service is? I said to her I want Nachos to be delivered, we paid for it, and she said NO and PUT THE PHONE DOWN. Ha ha, I still cannot believe this happened, I worked my whole life in customer service, cannot imagine putting phone down on customer! If anyone replies to this, please don't tell me you will try better next time or something like this, you should follow example from other companies and offer vouchers. You cannot just say "I am sorry, please visit us again", that is not good enough! That woman was simply unbelievable. Sort your staff out, they need training, badly.
