Better Brows

I asked to have my brows threaded very carefully so they were just tidied up and left as thick as possible. This was completely ignored and they were threaded and trimmed to be very thin. Will not come again.

Had my eyelash extensions removed and a new set applied today. They are awful. My eyes are stinging and streaming, my face is covered in glue. Had to have a hot shower to remove them just awful. Will never go again.

Had bad experience here before but decided to give a second chance. The women are rude and made me feel highly uncomfortable whilst getting my eyebrows threaded. Didnt ask how I wanted them doing and kept snapping the thread which isnt the best sign. She also kept switching from speaking in another language to her group of friends to then snapping rudely at me. Felt like walking off without paying. Normally you are given a wipe to reduce the pain and redness but didnt have any of that nor communication that the treatment had finished - she just walked off and expected me to know that I needed to follow her to the card machine.

Have been going for a year or so always the same person who is fab until today. Today l had someone new who basically masacred my eyebrows leaving then sore and with a chunk missing in one l won't be going again which is a disservice to the person who did them well but this experience was awful.

Sadia did my eyebrows today I just walked in. Havent had my eyebrows done in about a month so it had no shape she was quick and honestly they look beautiful. Thank you sadia you was very polite too
