Cowboys. Absolutely wrecked our house. Its been over 2 years since Complete Solutions fitted our new bathroom. The issues are finally resolved. Absolutely nothing was done right. Grouting fell out of the tiles, door was hung incorrectly, cupboard doors wouldnt open, bath leaked which ruined our living room wall and ceiling, toilet leaked so badly the whole hallway needed redoing. New floor, ceiling, walls, lights all needed in our hallway. I honestly cant tell you what went right. Complete Solutions came back to try to repair multiple times but just caused more issues. I know therell be a comment of we reimbursed you from the owner. We got a couple hundred pound back from thousands of pounds worth of damage. Finally writing this review after two years of stress. Im sure Complete Solutions thought they got away with this but weve been living with the ramifications for years. Just avoid at all costs.
