Had Brad to come and install a full cctv system to my girlfriends house, everything was relatively good. Everything was where as instructed. At the end of the job he was paid straight away. After he left there was a few issues with the mobile viewing app, said he would would send a lad round in 20 minutes. After 2 hours.. No return. Failed to answer calls, text messages. Called him off another mobile and he answered to the step mum, and made an arrangement to come to following Friday. We agreed! He never showed up on the agreed time/date when I questioned him, he replied, brakes on the van was broken, But promised to come within the next week.... Unfortunately still to this day we have had no contact off Brad and still the problem is unsolved. Very poor customer service. I would say avoid at all costs if possible..

Posting on behalf on my close friends. As they dont have a Google account... Very poor service on my friends doing the cctv system! Absolutely horrendous the way Brad as treated them at the property! Would never use, and urge people not to have this cow boy at their address
