Wonderful help given by phone from this company. We are staying for a few days looking after our daughter's house while her family are on holiday and away from communication. We suffered an electrical problem and a shrieking non-stop burglar alarm. It's difficult to know what to do when you don't understand the fuse box nor how to turn off an alarm. Every thing was explained calmly and carefully to us and quickly everything returned to normal. We wish to express our grateful thanks for this kind assistance. We had to have the whole house rewired, so not a small job by any means. Their quote seemed very fair and they worked efficiently and tidily which was much appreciated. They are a family run business and throughout the job they were very polite and respectful to us. We are very pleased with the end result and would recommend them.
