I ve bougth new tis mft recently from this shop, and there was a small issue with leads. They didnt want to null. Apparently it was a firmware issue tis said. So i rang shop back to say and they where very helpful and quick. Next day afternoon all was sorted and calibrated as well. Especially Mark from the office was very helpful and has very good customer service skills. Definitely i be shopping there regularly.
