        Hi Imogen, I hope that you are well. I just wanted to feedback that my Reception Class ( Aged 4-5) absolutely loved doing this You've Got a Friend In Me I moves active blast today. We even did a circle time activity afterwards to say what we love about our friends. We have been discussing what Children's Mental Health means in a child friendly way . I have taught it by saying that we make sure we are always looking after our minds and having positive thoughts. Again thank you for these learning resources.         I honestly love the resources on here, my children are so enthusiastic and as a teacher they are easy to find and use. Great resource. I no longer dread teaching PE and love using the active blasts with my class too.

        We have recently started Imoves and the children love it. They are really engaged in the morning after joining in on an active blast- they love the pop music ones. The children benefit from the mindfulness in the afternoon and helps calm them ready for the afternoon. Wish we would have tried this sooner.
