Had only 3 lessons with Stephen ( I had some experience previously ) but his patience and relaxed attitude helped immensely. I took my test and PASSED with no faults whatsoever. Highly recommend this gentleman. Will tell as many new drivers about him as and when they appear. Once again Stephen ...thanks I owe you a pint..

Stephen is just Brilliant !!! . He is professional, friendly, reliable and most important honest! He will not rip you off he gives honest feedback to help you get through your test. In a word he is "SHAMAZING" and I can't see myself learning to drive with anybody else !!! I've Raved about him to Everyone I know !!! That's how good he is, Words don't give him justice, just phone him and see for yourselves how brill he is !!!

Short changed on lesson by instructor and treated as a liar by the owner when offering feedback. Think twice before sending a teenager not used to dealing with people who are trying to take advantage. My daughter wasn't comfortable raising the issue and when I did I was told that because they had never had a complaint then it was her in the wrong. Disappointed at bad experience on what had been an exciting time for her. Updated to add. I spoke to the driving school and told them that I did not want any refund, I merely thought they would want the feedback. The driving school persisted in sending me a cheque for 3, which is completely missing the point. I was written a letter that said their instructor had been spoken to again and admitted the lesson had not been the 90 minutes he initially claimed, however it 'was definitely not the 60 minutes my daughter had claimed'. I was enraged by this as they were again implying that we were the ones who were painting an incorrect picture, however decided not to pursue the matter and just shredded the cheque. Today I have been phoned by the driving school claiming defamation. At no point have I said they called me a liar; I said we were treated as liars, which by definition, we were. The term 'definitely not what **** claimed', were used, with no proof and taken by the word of someone who had firstly said 'definitely 90 minutes' only to back track once challenged. Disgusted at this treatment and considering action myself if I am contacted again.
