Really impressed with the doors we have chosen. They look great. The fitter did a brilliant job.

I had my Mums door changed for added security and thought her old door had seen its days. I told the door store that I didnt care about the costs and that I wanted good quality locks and a new door fitted. They assured me this would be the case. I questioned the quality of the lock on the day they were fitted. They seemed light and of a plastic material. The fitter ensured me they were good locks and even thou I wasnt convinced , I went ahead and paid. Within weeks the locks started to drop and come away from the door / barrel etc. I complained to the door store and their attitude was none other than resentment and rudeness. I tried many attempts to liase with the owner and kept being told he was away or not there. He finally asked me to send proof of receipt ( hundred of pounds into high figures). He ended giving me a refund for the one lock of around 40 or 50 pounds. Sorry I dont have the exact amount available. I am now in the process of getting another company to come and fit new locks and possibly fit a security bar around the door for the locks to lock into. This is what I asked for in the first place but ended up with the poorest quality work for optimum prices. I live down south and am used to paying premium prices. I dont mind this as long as I get the job done right. It was the companies attitude to my polite complaint. I wasnt so polite in the end. I would never used this company again. Its taken me a while to write this as the job was done a good while ago. Its the only way this doesnt happen to anyone again.

Excellent quality products and initial service was brilliant,however when our fitters came to fit the door,6 weeks ago,a vital piece was missing.when I rang was told they had to email their supplier and couldnt get me the piece the same day. At this point I had no front door installed!,I had to phone around and source the missing piece myself at extra cost from another local company.I have never heard back from door store to this day about the missing piece.which I consider extremely poor customer service.

Appalled, states open until 2pm on all websites and Google. My Partner went down with a significant order of 10 internal solid oak doors with all hinges and handles. They arrived just before 1pm and closing/closed. I won't waste my time going back on off chance. I work in the week so have to use Businesses that trade on a weekend. Business must be going great if willing to lose 2.500 -3.000 orders just like that.
