Amazing surgery and so understanding of mental health conditions, I dont think people realise that receptionists have to ask whats wrong so they can grade how important the phone call is etc, they are asked to by the doctors, Gail is a fantastic receptionist and always goes the extra mile, all doctors and nurses at the surgery are amazing, but a big shout out to Dr Burton, Dr Hill and Marlene the nurse practitioner.

Basically if your unemployed this is the surgery for you, for me personally useless I'm constantly told to ring at 8.00 am which is when I start work, left queuing to be told there is no no spaces, receptionist are rude and unhelpful, doctors are second to none, rest of the team are there for the paycheck, I've been paying 9.30 for 2 emergency tablets from the pharmacy for 4 years, then another 9.30 2 days later, clearly unable to provide medical treatment or support...

I waited on the phone in a queue for 1hr 45 mins, just to book a blood test. I tried to be patient because I know the NHS is under so much pressure. Eventually I gave up and physically went to the surgery. Wasn't offered any explanation as to why the phone wasn't answered but the receptionist pushed a button on the phone and it suddenly started to ring so I'm guessing it was on silent. I even offered to get the bloods done at the northern general so as not to waste an appointment but she said there was nobody to send the bloods. Unhelpful and unprofessional.
