Dovercourt Surgery

Shocking surgery. Been trying to make an appointment for 6 weeks for my ears & balance problem. Fell on my wood burner due to my dizziness & burnt my arm badly. Still no appointment.

This surgery is getting worse and worse this is my second complaint in 7 months. The receptionists shout at patients and they don't like to give their name to make a complaint about them and reception manager said if you don't like this go somewhere as they seem to be doing us the patients a favour. It's just a shame that the service is bad and I will stay there and the service needs to be improved they don't tell me where else to go. I had to use my wife account to leave 2nd review A lounaouci

My mum has tried to phone the doctors this morning and can not get through, she is 88 years old and needs some antibiotics for a chest infection, she also has glaucoma and struggles to see so will find it difficult to go to the walk in centre. I think it is discusting she can not get in touch to speak to a doctor.
