        Really poor service, reception staff are rude and unhelpful. Impossible to get an appointment due to the way the telephones are operated. No online appointments and despite lots of "We're on Facebook" information there is not up to date so patients end up at the practise when its not open. The practise regularly looses tests and does follow up on issues.

        This surgery has got worse to get appointment you have to go up to surgery between from 8am wait outside got no chance on phone 8.30am can not pre arrange appointment . Could be dead time you get to see doctors

        Been with a few surgeries in Sheffield. The whitehouse surgery is by far the best. The receptionists are polite and well mannered, (even though the abuse Ive seen them get from some patients is shocking!). Ive always managed to get an appointment if you call as the phone lines open, (unlike many other surgeries). Overall would highly recommend.
