Absolutely terrible, suffered a neck injury, tried to get some pain killers had to literally beg for them because I had not been examined by a physiotherapist. The women on reception are like cackling witches who have no people skills. I won't be going again.

This is such a bad doctors they don't have a clue what they are doing...always made to feel your lying about yourself don't make emergencies when it comes to children..there is such a better doctors across the road

I've tried to call the option that deal with refferals and they never answer the phone, neither do reception most of the time. ' Secretaries are on a break' that's the usual response you get. I've had a referral regarding my breathing since August 11 and still I've not had anyone contact me on an update. An out of hours doctor was Suprised when she saw this, and sent a letter to the GP working here, that's got me nowhere either. This practise makes you feel worthless and there number one rule must be - let's not be there for our patients. My young boy was struggling with his breathing on a regular basis and the doctor kept prescribing, a light inhaler which didn't seem to work at the time. Doctor never saw him face to face during the pandemic eventhough it was an option for them. Hospital was disgusted when we had to take our little one in the ambulance because he stopped breathing for a few seconds. Doctor said at the hospital that he should ve been seen face to face. Lazy methods, easy paychecks. Here I'll give you this now go away, that's the vibe you get from this place
