Bellows Road Surgery

New to the surgery, my daughter had her first appointments messed up a few times moving it to the other surgery and then that was cancelled on us and we wasnt informed but when we finally got to be seen the nurse Lisa was lovely and the receptionist was very pleasant.

Due to NHS delays, I decided to pay for a private consultation, the outcome and actions of which were sent to bellows road surgery for action. After hearing nothing for 4 weeks I contacted the surgery to see if they had received the information, they had but it hadn't been forward' to the Doctor!!, so they assured me this would be done. fast forward another 7 weeks, still heard nothing about an important referal, so called again to find out the information from my specialist had still not been refered to the Doctor for action, What a disgrace! This surgery and the whole of the NHS are failing, they are merely a call centre that pay little attention to the callers (No longer referred to as patients) that contact them!

1 star is too much. Empathy ....nope....you will be a inconvenience to this doctor. I understand the stress they are under but to take it out on a patient ....... stay away

Christine on reception is a diamond! Many a time she has been a wonderfully helpful member of the staff team towards me and I won't forget it. Thank you Christine.

Only good point for this surgery is Judith! Shes an absolutely fantastic nurse cannot fault her! On the other hand Dr page what an absolute waste of space, sent my son home 3 times with oxygen levels of 84 said it was "normal" my son ended up in HDU with pneumonia and nearly died. Will never ever trust this doctor again!
