Dunninc Road Surgery

Calling to book an appointment its a joke, they put you on wait for an our and when is almost your caller number they just hang up the call then you call again and again, and then wait for another our to be answered and still the same thing happens until I give up! Is there any way of having some changes on the call center department? It is just ridiculous the wait time for an appointment which takes seconds to book!

Wouldnt leave it any stars if i could absolutely useless was on phone 20 minutes starting from position 10 alway down to position 1 then the phone was ringing through with no answer only been trying to get an appointment for last 3 month absolute joke

Tried calling for weeks cant talk to anyone at anytime same automated message. This is a disgrace as I have worked all pandemic as struggle for days off .

Abosoulty disgusting since this surgery was took over treat there patients like nothing.im excempt from testing or wearing a mask mental health patient my daughter adhd I have a medical NHS excemption letter to why and how distressed I get to why I don't test etc they wouldn't let me or my 2 children in the surgery because they had cold, cough they suffer every year in winter with these symptoms which leads to a chest infection leaving them needing antibiotics. the doctor was so unprofessional that I filmed him he then went on to say no I'm not seeing you now you all need testing for covid we was seen at emergency walk in centre neither of us had covid didn't need to be tested e we ended up on antibiotics I'm also still on a steroid nasal spray I've kept a log of everything also the video the secretary needs sacking off also she knows nothing about our health matters we now changed doctors with no problems I wouldn't suggest any one to go here for medical treatment they follow no rules just there own
