I was on the phone for 2 hours and 23mins waiting for the receptionist to answer the phone when I was number 1 in the queue the whole time, was assured Id get my information by the end of the day but didnt receive anything.

Ordered a prescription for my tablets over 2 weeks ago and still havent got them! Doctors have just gone down hill, will be moving doctors to a better doctors as cant get anywhere with them! Dont use upwell street surgery! They leave you for weeks without your medication
