        We are very impressed by the care & attention that Dr Umer GP registrar has shown to my 93yr old mum in law. He has gone above and beyond in the care and treatment that he has given. He's got a lovely bed side manner.

        I have been a patient at this practice for the past 24 years and I have seen a significant change in the way patients are being treated by reception staff. Called to repeat my son's prescription - waited until 11.30 to avoid the morning appointment rush. After a 25 mins wait, the phone was picked up and put down straight away! TWICE! Had to give up as I do have a job too.
