First time i have needed an appointment in 7 years. I got there at 08>25. Ask for an appointment and got told i would get a call the same morning to see if it was needed. This is after telling the receptionist I had been bleeding from the rectum for three days. No call followed so I visited again after lunch, Which three receptionist came out of one care five minutes late to go back in. I enquired as to the call and I clearly saw the receptionist pretend to look at the computer. Then proceeded to tell me the Dr had phoned. Total lie. I showed her my phone and she did not care less. Funny that on the wall there is a sign not to smoke on the premises but the middle age receptionist was at the rear of the building smoking away 5 foot from the queue.

Terrible service for new patients. My fiancee has recently become a patient at this practice. Not even seen a GP about his ongoing issues at your location yet and I'm already furious and disgusted with this surgery. God's forbid you need a same day appointment at this surgery. I've had such major issues trying to get through to reception to book appointments. Constant engaged tone when you call them. A question for you... What's the point in having a doctors office that isn't open half the time, and when it is open you only have 1 doctor on hand (word from Dovercourt Surgery) when you are open for appointments?! My fiancee has serious mobility issues and we were sent to the wrong surgery for an urgent appointment that I had booked WEEKS IN ADVANCE (for 6.10.22), yet we couldn't attend as your surgery was closed by the time we got there so we got booked for the next day at your sibling surgery (7.10.22) only after being told by your admin staff at Manor Top we were at the wrong place. Walking 1.5 miles from Manor Top to Dovercourt is not acceptable for someone with physical limitations who uses a mobility aid to get around. He is now incapacitated and in serious pain thanks to this mess. I don't mean to sound like a "Karen" but if this is how Dovercourt Group treat their patients I'm not willing to keep using your services. EDIT (18.10.22)- after another failed appointment on October 12th for alleged blood tests which were never performed, I am transferring my fiancee's care away from this pathetic excuse of a practice. Dr Lianne Sahu didn't tell Manor Top surgery why my fiancee needed blood tests leaving me, my fiancee and the poor nurse who saw us perplexed for 5 minutes before leaving having no idea what the hell happened. I am thoroughly disappointed with the evident lack of care that this practice demonstrates for vulnerable/disabled patients. Please avoid this surgery at all costs
