Dr Hen has empathy and understanding, it's hard to get an appointment with any doctor unless you can ring at 8am which since having covid I can't get up for 8am. The other doctors and health professionals are good. I wish I could just ring and make an appointment anytime like it used to be. It adds to my depression and anxiety. We can hope things will get back to the old normal

When you get to see a good Dr ( Dr Hen) you are listened to, when its someone random from another surgery who knows nothing about you and your health then its absolute rubbish, even trying to get through on phone is horrendous, receptionist speak ill of patients, don't answer phone etc, this surgery needs guidance

After reading some of the reviews on here I felt that I had to add my own experience of Rosehill medical centre. I have been a patient at this practice for 55 years and I have never had a problem getting an appointed, yes you may be offered an appointment at either the gate surgery or Canklow surgery (aprox four miles away) I'm sure anyone who genuinely needed an appointment would make the effort to get there. I have always found the doctors and nurses to be excellent and as for the receptionists they don't make the rules, if you have a problem with system take it up with the practice management, don't take it out of the receptionists.
