The Mathews Practice - White Lane Medical Centre

The most people left their's reviews I strongly support them ,only bad apple in surgery is Chaty ,need to be kick off from surgery.

So after 61 yrs with this practice have finally left . No one bothered to ask why of course. The Matthews Practice named after an amazing doctor who would be turning in his grave at the service now provided. The reception staff are still amazing but unfortunately Dr Chetty lets the practice down. Forgets that you are in fact his customer and talks to you like a 4 yr old child . Put me through amazing stress when trying to sort out my driving licence (which affects my livelihood ) for sleep apnea. Assumed he was right and failed to listen until the Sleep Clinic finally put him right. Such a shame that what has over the years been a great practice has now been reduced to this . Looking at other reviews maybe its time to listen

This surgery is a disgrace Dr Garrison chatty is a pathetic compulsive lier and disgrace to his profession I am surprised to notice no action has been taken against dr garrison chatty from NHS Dr Garrison chatty is playing with peoples life, he uses every lopehole he can find to cover himself up This surgery will only see a patient as last resolution Dr chatty will lie to you and push you away by arguing with you You will be extremely lucky to get an appointment and if you do succeed the it will be to no.avail

They are not paying attention at all, just saying we can not deal with the issue, forwarding you to another departments. Awful service , Never rigester with them

This practice is diabolical. From never getting calls back, to Dr's refusing to send referral letters, regarding children as they "see it as a waste of there time" I'm not the kind of person to leave reviews but I don't want anyone having to suffer the way my family has. Dr G Chetty is the rudest man in existence. Don't use this practice.
