received printer yesterday ,set it up issue with inks ,sent all pics of issue and video ,still waiting on response ,i have a right to a new printer or my money back absolutely appalling , printers are not cheap and they have a cheek to ask for lots of information before even considering a new printer ,no sorry i want my money back
