Virgin Media - probably the worst company in the world. Ive never experienced customer service quite like it. The debacle starts with a wait of at least 30 minutes to talk to someone - that person could be in Northern England, India or Philippines. Youll need to call, wait and call again repeatedly - theyll hang up on you when you ask a question because they have no interest in solving any issues; theyll give you dates for install that will not happen (over and over again), youll get rude, surly, unintelligible but youll never get anything close to what you need. Clearly these incidents are not isolated to one one office, country or continent and the awful rot is international. Disgusting, worthless, useless!
