From start to finish picking the appliance and having it fitted was very easy Johnathan was a lovely guy so helpful ln fitting our cooker nothing was too much trouble for him I would highly recommend him Very satisfied

John Lewis Sheffield has always been our 'go to' for large white goods, however due to the store closure we had to look elsewhere when our tumble dryer required replacing. We had researched a Bosch heat pump dryer and rang around local independents and a large electrical retailer to source it for the best price. Jonathan at Dobsons was by far the most pleasant, professional and knowledgeable when we rang. On our visit to the store we weren't disappointed. We discussed other options but decided to purchase our original choice. This was considerably cheaper than John Lewis online, had the same guarantee and was delivered and fitted later the same day with a smile. Excellent service, our new go to. Well deserved 5*
