Wheata Place Dental Clinic

My children were reffured to this dentist as both have sen the dentist is brand new very modern and very clean however the waiting times are hurrendous i can have a appointment far 3 and not get seen till almost 330 which is not great when u have anxious special needs children . Also the communication isnt great my children were given a special toothpaste which the dentist said when i ran out to ring reception and would send me a perscription rang and said it need to be given at the dental appointment.

I want to say a huge thank you to dr Joana Monteiro who treated my sons teeth during 5 dental visits. A couple of months have passed now and we still are very happy with the treatment provided. Dr Joana is an experienced and dedicated dentist, who knows how to interact with kids. Pedodontics is definitely her calling in my opinion. Special thanks to her nurse who took a good care of my kid during the course of treatment.

I just want to say a big Thankyou to all the wonderful staff who were so very kind and caring to my client Janet Merchant . I work for Home Instead care.and had brought my client via ambulance and stretcher for her dental checkup. The seven staff in total sorry I can't name you were Absolutely amazing so kind to Janet from start to finish. Finishing with a little music while the ambulance came to take us back to the care home. Many Thanks To you all X.
