I have been with this dentist practice for five years now The dentist fantastic I have no complaints about them But the receptionist could be a lot more helpful to disabled people I have got cerebral palsy and the part of the brain that makes you read and write Does not work, and if they give me any forms to fill-in while Im there I asked them for help, but they are always reluctant to help me Ive been on medication that has been making me forget things And confuse And I missed an appointment because of this lady from the receptionist Rung me up and she wasnt very nice. She said to me if you miss appointments you will be kicked off the practice I did not do this intentionally it will because of the medication I was on. She just sounded like a prison officer Ive only seen them on TV, Ive never been in prison , there was no need for that. My GP and other people have put me on the vulnerable list because of this

Employees think they own the place, poor communication & I cancelled an appointment & the dentist says I cant go to the dentist anymore, made me feel disgusted, wouldnt recommend!!

Amazing thank you ssooo much from having the phone call yesterday and to my appointment today the lady on reception was outstanding and put me right at ease and when I saw the dentist her self just amazing was so conforting so understanding put me right at ease was right gentle couldn't have gone any better thank you ssoo much I was so nervous and scared

I went for an urgent appointment for wisdom tooth pain and all the staff, the admin staff on reception, the dental nurse and dentist herself were lovely, welcoming and made you feel at ease. Was very happy with the care given and the outcome of my appointment.

Ive been with A&B dentist for 20yrs and although not my favourite place! All the staff and the dentists through the years have always been fantastic, and professional. Can I say a big thank you to my dentist at the surgery who is a miracle worker, great work done and a very happy appreciative patient in return. Thank you again
