Smilelign have been providing aligners for me and my patients for several years. I find their treatment planning, advice and support first class, and would recommend them to anyone.

If I could do 0 stars, I would. I could not advise against this service more. I paid a fortune and although being sent 5 top aligners (approximately 10 weeks plus a few more for refinements), Im on week 52 and not done yet. Save yourself time and money and go to Invisalign. Theres a reason these guys are known wide. Avoid at all costs unless you like wasting time and money.

Amazing service! My treatment was a simple, easy process, after around a year of Smilelign treatment, my teeth are in perfect shape. I couldn't recommend it more!

Awful service. I have emailed to complain twice now and no one has got back to me to offer a refund or at least an apology for my wasted time and money. Was quoted 6 months in September 2020 and I was still back and forth for more trays that didn't move my teeth 20 months later. I just gave up in the end as my dentist and smilelign were NOT helpful at all. I was so frustrated to be given aligners that just didn't move my teeth at all and when I raised my concerns with Smilelign they just said I needed to talk to my dentist and took no responsibility at all. I spoke yo my dentist and he said he would put in the notes to make sure the next set of trays were the last ones. Yet again when i get the next set of trays they didn't move my teeth at all. They were both just passing the buck and not taking responsibility of the poor service they were providing me after spending thousands of pounds. During my treatments I moved house as well so did not live near my dentist anymore and therefor had to travel a 5 hour round trip to have these appointments and they were a completely waste of time and money. My teeth looked the same between May 2021 to May 2022 and I can provide photos. Such a waste of a year. Pay that little extra and go with a decent company like Invisalign. Please someone reply to my email/contact me so I can officially make my complaint. Thank you.
