I had a developing problem with a sensitive tooth and secured an emergency appointment for the same day. The dentist saw me and assessed my situation before an x ray showed deep decay under an existing filling. He removed the filling and decay to determine the full position. Unfortunately the tooth could not be saved and he extracted it for me then and there. I was fully informed throughout and give the highest commendation for communication and professional skills. Im a nervous patient (arent we all) but felt comfortable and relaxed. The whole event was made much easier because all non medical staff are, as always friendly and helpful. The Receptionist who has worked there for a long time is always ready to help and friendly. Well done everybody.

Ive had the most terrible experience at this dentist just recently on Monday 18th July 2022 I'd been in strong pain all weekend then come Monday I saw a stand in dentist whom I've never seen before he looked at my teeth and couldn't see anything wrong even on the x-ray so he sent me home with jaw problems and no treatment only to take painkillers until I see my dentist in 3 days time.. so after another 3 days in excruciating pain my own dentist could see my tooth was infected on the x-ray and to go on antibiotics by which time my glands were swollen on one side and been suffering for almost a week in agony all because of the neglect I got from the stand in dentist.. why couldn't he see the infection on the x-ray like my dentist could?
