Book in and allways waiting 30 45 mins ridiculous when u book in allways over booked and only one dentic after extending you would thought would have more in ridiculous specaily if you have kids waiting that long,

I am a customer of this dental practice and have happily been so for many years even when it was located elsewhere in Sheffield. In my honest opinion all of the staff are always courteous and friendly towards me when I have visited. Dr Hanna and her assistant/hygienist Cynthia have looked after my well-being professionally and have explained clearly what my requirements are in relation to my teeth and health,(options given) The practice its self is very modern,plenty of parking and clean as you would expect from a quality dental practice. Keep up the excellent work .

Iv been going to this practice for 2yrs now..always very friendly and put you straight at ease..language barrier can be a bit difficult at times bit other than that I find all the staff very professional.. the receptionist are very accommodating and try their upmost to get you in if you suffering within 24hrs

Friendly and helpful staff who try there hardest to help as many people as possible. The dentist is very experienced who knows exactly what she is doing. The negative reviews are because of the NHS and being overworked.

As a emergency coming from the other side of the city I wasn't expecting much but I've signed on she gets on with it , lovely lady
