Absolutely horrendous they don't worth one start but go no choice as this the lowest Firstly they don't answer the phone keeps ringing and ringing even if you try morning afternoon and they will answer and hangup eventually when answering and ask for appointments they say they don't have any even when you say its urgent, always blaming the backlogs, but this is urgent I won't phone otherwise, Also they gave an appointment for me and the family for check ups and they cancelled it again and again, also blaming the backlogs but when my kids want for check the dentist himself said you have to bring one of them back made an appointment at reception week later they cancelled it,

The worst ever dental clinic in Sheffield. if you are on benefit, then, you will expect more difficulties in getting treatment, even if you are in sever pain. the dentist will not care about your pain. but when pay for your treatment, you will get instant treatment but not good as you expected. also since 2020 they found the corona pandemic a good reason to hide their neglect.
