Cannot fault this company at all! 100% would recommend for any data recovery issue. They managed to retrieve my data from a completely broken hard drive. The manager, Chris, was brilliant in communicating and keeping me updated with progress at all times. He went above and beyond and really persevered to get me something back. 10/10 would recommend

I've got an apalling experience with this company, I've had two damaged hard-drives that I took to this company. The first service was good, they actually did a good job, for half a grand they did recover a 90% of the files in the disk (the rest was corrupted). That was OK , though they cannot claim that they did recover the whole drive , I lost some old pictures unfortunately but at least I saved the bulk of it all. The issue came with the second drive, I sent them after this successful recovery. After the same process they claimed to be successful, so they send me a new drive back. When the drive came to my hands and hooked it to a computer it was not starting (the new one), so I get in contact with them back, which they told me It could be an issue with the new drive and that I could send them the drive back so they can attempt a successive recovery (all of this on the new drive). Unfortunately as the shipping took longer than expected they got rid of the old-drive and the data on their internal server so a further recovery will have to be made. Upon arrival of the drive the diagnostic was that they could either send the drive to the Manufacturer to get a new-one (with no data-recovery being made) , or they could attempt to fiddle with it in order to get the data. I obviously didn't care much about the drive itself so I told them to go ahead with this second recovery, which I got charged again. After 2 weeks from this they started to contact me just like with a patient on a hospital, sending me e-mails type ("It is not looking good unfortunately") , ("We keep on trying and we will get you back If we have findings but the situation doesn't look promising") just to paving the way to the final result of , not being able to retrieve the data. So the situation with this second drive is tricky I recap: I send my damaged original drive to them, they do a claimed successful recovery and send me a new drive with it (disposing of the old-one in 10 days), when I check the new one sent to me it I can appreciate it is faulty and cannot run it, I send it back to them and As the period of 10 days they keep data has expired they need to attempt to do a further recovery on the new drive that they charge me again, but finally unsuccessful. Result: Data-wiped and original drive disposed. All the pictures of my trips with my family trips wiped with it and no possibility to get them. As they leave a 10 day period to store the data they are washing their hands, but with the unfortunate delivery services that they are using, 10 days is not enough, plus they don't arrange a fragile sort of delivery of the drives, as they may get damaged on the way. To sum up, If you want to get a cheaper service and don't care much about what's in the drive you may want to hire their services, but If you really have something that you care of, I would think it twice before sending them a drive. And this is no fake review, I'm a real-life customer, based in London, feel free contacting me for anything.
