We used this company for some time and had nothing but problems. They do not respond after cancelling my subscription with them and giving the appropriate notice they have continued to debit my account for months without consent. They do not respond to my complaints and are completely unprofessional. Complaint made to regulator for misconduct.

My experience of this company is poor. They utilised my details for marketing, messaging and cold calling despite me clicking no to all use of my data, as well as asking them to delete my personal information earlier. I'm pretty unimpressed and urge people to stay away from this company.

Generaly had a good service with them , but if you want to speak to an agent on the phone it wont happen as no one seems to pick up the phone. This is a massive concern.
