        scam company, avoid at all costs.

        Worst delivery service going. Repeatedly lied to by agents on web chat, no contact number to speak to a REAL person, had parcel at depot for 4 days (so far) and not a single attempt to deliver. Complaints email replies with the Sam pack of lies that the web chat agents spout. Constantly told nothing can be done until a failed delivery attemptyet theyre not even trying to deliver it, effectively stealing my item.

        Reportedly couldn't deliver. Don't think they even tried being as every other delivery company can find my house. Then asked need to collect from the depot 40 miles away

        The Yodel driver had a problem locating my daughters address and I was asked to contact them. The absolutely brilliant customer services advisor, Arjun Chauhan, resolved the problem in a matter of minutes. Could not ask for better service.
