        Goods arrived in the depot on 6th April. Still not out for delivery on 19th April. Next day delviery has already been paid and no sign of the goods!!!

        Had a delivery for the 4th and still waiting. Was out for delivery on the 4th and 5th but never showed. Been at the depot since. The sender has been chasing it since Tuesday but Tuffnells are ignoring them. WORSE DELIVERY COMPANY - AVOID!

        Incompetent delivery service, ordered something this company was supposed to deliver. They attempted twice without any notice of time slots when they said they would give one. Arranged the delivery three times since and they did not send it out, after phoning up the fourth time, they said it could have been sent back to the supplier as the label might have fallen off. They don't sound bothered to chase things up for you and just want to pass the blame on, so its out of their hands
