Website from the 90s, uncontactable customer support, no way of tracking deliveries properly... Terrible company to get a delivery from. Additionally, I have a lovely 1.35 charge on my phonebill for attempting to contact their undialable customer support! The call lasted a grand total of 17s and I have been charged for the pleasure. Should be shut down.

Absolutely poor quality of service, complete disrespect for their customers, doesn't even come to our door let alone our town and sends a card through our email saying we wasn't in when we clearly could see them on the map and was waiting in since 6am! No phone numbers to be found, no staff available in live chat, no delivery dates to rearrange! POOR SERVICE

Was sent a notification that I had missed my delivery with a picture of a "sorry you weren't in card", had been sat waiting so is clear the driver just didn't attempt to even deliver the parcel. Tried to contact the company which after trying every possible way appears to be impossible. This is the worse experience I have had with any delivery company. Avoid this company like the plague.
