The service and communication from this company is extremely poor. Twice Ive ordered two touch up Aligners - both occasions due to lack of communication Ive been waiting 2 months extra to get the Aligners. Apparently the new process is once you have a scan, you have to ring up and place the order even though I was told after the scan, the Aligners would be on their way and there was nothing further that needed doing. All they could offer was sorry but its still going to take another 4 weeks. Wish I had not gone with this company. On Aligner set number 5 because my teeth have not moved as they should. Aligners are flimsy and move back after treatment.
