        This practice is absolutely brilliant. The most attentive and kind staff and great knowledgeable dentists. Ive been with the same practice and the same dentist since 2009. Ive been also seen during lockdown when I had a problem. Keep up the great work!

        I paid them my dental charge on April 1st 2022. But they told NHS I didnt pay for it. Then I keep receiving the letters from NHSBSA to ask me pay the charge which I have already paid. I have contacted them a lot of times and finally they told me they would reach NHSBSA and corrected it. But I still keep receiving letters from NHSBSA. And now the letter even said that I need to pay a penalty of 100 and a surcharge of 50. I cannot believe why this even happened. Also after I called them and they said they would solve it, it still couldnt be solved. This is really ridiculous. They are really not trustable. Firstly they made a mistake on reporting they are not receiving my payment. And then they ignored my problem or didnt solve it and brought me a huge penalty charge.

        Have been a patient with mydentist for 30 years. Never had any issues and whenever I have needed treatment urgently they attended within 24 hours. Not forgetting the reception team who have always been welcoming on arrival.
