We ordered our custom pocket wedding invitations from The Vow and they were beautiful, lots of people complimented them. The staff were extremely helpful and nothing was too much for them. The proofs and invites were received within the timescales stated. We were very happy with the quality and service we received and would highly recommend them!

If I could give them ZERO stars I absolutely would! Let me start by saying that the invitations we ordered were supposed to be printed in navy ink. They sent me a proof online that I approved (so I'll take some of the blame) but the invites came in black ink. On a computer screen black and navy look extremely close. In the email I have with the seller, she confirmed multiple times that the invites would be in navy... I never contacted the seller initially about this error because I didn't have time to wait for a new order, my invites needed to be mailed out - and I didn't think it was that big of a deal... We ordered our wedding invitations and although they looked beautiful, the quality was horrible. Our wedding invitations had a postcard for the RSVPs. Most of which came back shredded with either the persons names ripped off, the portion where they check whether or not they plan on attending torn off, or worse yet - the RETURN ADDRESS ripped off (which we can only guess happened since a number of people we are very close with said they mailed them out - and we never received them). When I say that I spent DAYS contacting people about whether or not they were coming - only to get the response "Didn't you get my RSVP?" that would be an understatement. At this point I emailed the seller and told her about all the issues with the order... When I emailed the owner pictures of the RSVP's that we received back I did not even get so much as an apology. Instead I was told no other customers had problems, which I guess means that I shouldn't have had any issues either... SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE and order from someone with a quality product that also cares about their customer service - because this company clearly lacks BOTH!
