We ordered a Spear and Jackson cordless lawnmower via Argos and one of the two batteries was faulty and not charging at all. Terrible customer experience in trying to resolve the issue- day waits between emails with Coreservice that act for Spear & Jackson and 4 days later no solution which led to us having to return the whole lawnmower, batteries and charger when all we needed was a replacement battery. I also looked online for a replacement battery and none were available anywhere despite this product being bought new. Given that batteries will need replacing over time anyway it seems shocking that effectively this purchase is already obsolete as when the battery did eventually die there would be nothing to replace it with even if you had a functioning lawnmower.
