At the age of 58 I expected it to be difficult to find full time employment let alone start an apprenticeship. I was taken on by Stagecoach and enrolled as a Passenger Transport Apprentice. Both with practical and academic aspects Realise has been an outstanding experience for me. The trainers (in particular Mark Holden) are patient, knowledge and determined for my success. Nothing seems to much to ask of them for guidance and support. The package is well structured and laid out in line with my ongoing development on the practical aspects of my job. The whole experience is first class!!
