AVOID AT ALL COSTS IF POSSIBLE Unfortunately this company had zero competition when I was purchasing my daughters school uniform. I HAD to order through this company because my daughter requires the logo uniform for her school. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER. I ordered on the 11th October. I have sent email after email chasing this up. Usually the emails are ignored, or if they do reply its just 'we will chase this up', and then nothing happens. My poor daughter has been attending school for over a month with no proper uniform due to this shambles of a company. I wish I could cancel the order, however I am unable to order it anywhere else. Absolute shambles of a company. ZERO customer service. Still NO ORDER RECEIVED..... AVOID AT ALL COSTS IF YOU ARE ABLE TO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ITS BEEN OVER A MONTH! no updates provided. TERRIBLE COMPANY WHERE IS MY DAUGHTERS SCHOOL UNIFORM????

Look at the Trust Pilot reviews. 904 negative one stars. More than double all the others put together. This morning their answer phone message still stated that due to lockdown measures they were not taking calls. It now says Following great feedback they are operating a email only service. Literally lying to customers. Holding parents to ransom because they are on public sector procurement lists. We need to get our schools to ditch them for a supplier that delivers a good service and actually cares about that.

I have no choice but to order from this company as I can't find anywhere else that sells my sons uniform, I ordered on 9th September now 11th October and still waiting

Possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Ordered my daughters uniform early July ready for September and no sign of it whatsoever at the beginning of term. Several emails and I finally had a response. Eventually it arrived 3 weeks into the new term and was incorrectly badges for her school so had to be returned. I purchased the correct uniform from another supplier who delivered within 48 hours and returned all of the incorrect uniform. After several emails and over 4 weeks of no responses whatsoever I remain 80 out of pocket. This company simply do not respond to emails and cannot cope with their levels of demand. An absolute disgrace. I still await my refund nearly 4 months after placing my original order. I will never ever use this company again and urge others to avoid at all costs.

Came here at 4pm to pick up uniform a few Fridays ago after checking opening times on the link and it was shut checked Google and said 3pm the website should be updated as well if you are directing people to that in your email! I live some distance away and had to make two trips.
