Driveway Restorations

BAD BAD BAD experience with this company. Legal proceedings to follow. Be warned !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! John and his team completed my tarmac driveway in early May. After 6 weeks I noticed loose chippings. I contacted John and he told me I should put a tarmac sealer on. I explained to him after only 6 weeks it was his problem and he should do it. He agreed to rectify the problem after a few more calls. Weeks later I called him to ask for a date when this would happen. "Next week" was his answer. After another couple week I called again and John Informed me he had had a couple of deaths in the family that is why he did not turn up that week. Obviously I gave him the benefit of the doubt these are tough times. Another couple of weeks went by so I called again. "I am waiting for a special sealant to arrive from Canada, you know what its like at the moment with shipping delays" We are now in late October and John won't accept any of my calls, texts or whatts app messages. The drive is decaying more by the day. My advice to people is don't consider this company for any work on your property ! If anyone knows of this mans where about I will pay. !!!!! John was quick to quote and his team did my driveway, fencing and patio steps. The driveway looks good, but the patio steps pointing needs completing, one patio stone looks higher than other, fencing is poor quality and breaking after 6 weeks. Quality of workmanship for fencing and patio steps is poor. After repeated calls and and failed commitments to repair I have decided to write this review and may have to get someone else to repair/ replace and take legal proceedings to recover costs.
