My PC died and I panicked as I have work documents stored on it and without the PC I have no work. I contacted Simon who's business it is on the live chat and was replied to within 3 minutes despite him not opening for another half an hour! He asked me drop the pc off which I did and was contacted an hour later with the issue diagnosed which was a faulty power supply. He then ordered the power supply and fitted it which fixed the issue all within a 30 hour time frame!! He called me to say it was fixed and if I wanted it dropped off or collected! I mean just wow!! The price was extremely fair and the time in which he diagnosed and fixed the issue was quite simply extraordinary. Without a doubt the best customer service I have ever experienced and I would not hesitate in using his services again and would highly recommend him to anyone who wants an ethical speedy repair with great customer service. I revere Simon as a lifesaver! I contacted him about a broken laptop and received a response only a few hours later! He then collected the laptop in-person from my address the next day once he knew more about the issues and then completed a damage assessment and formal report within 24 hours before returning it back to me which is just incredible considering the current pandemic. As the laptop was regarded as technically unrepairable I was then able to contact my insurance who then validified my claim. If I need any repairs in the future, I know exactly who to go to! If you're looking for IT repairs, or a damage assessment report, please entrust your device to Simon! He's honestly great and a lot better than big cooperate-style services that require 2-weeks minimum and a hefty down-payment before they hastily repair your device. Outstanding service.
