I first became aware of the totally professional service that Real Electronics provides when I visited them for work purposes relating to audio amplifier repairs and saw that they could actually do proper fault finding and repairs rather than just swapping modules, as so many other companies do. Several years later in 2023 my Sony Vaio laptop was getting 'tired' and I asked RE for a quote to replace the hard drive with an SSD. They quickly gave me a very reasonable quote and advised the best way to get the machine to them. Once they received it they confirmed that they could do the job, gave me a final quote and then emailed to let me know that the job was done. I paid by bank transfer and the laptop arrived by courier a couple of days later. New drive installed, Windows 10 re-installed, and everything works perfectly. Can't recommend these guys highly enough - talk to them about all sorts of electronics repairs, they can probably help.

Had a great experience having my Studiologic SL88 Grand repaired by Real Electronics. They replaced the whole keybed under warranty and sent it back. Zero fuss, nice friendly people on the phone. Just perfect. Would use them again in a heartbeat. Thanks Ellen and team for your flawless work.
