        d a new issue about connecting my 4 year-old PC to the internet. Jonn talked mme through the processes well. he then suggested upgradings to the PC to restore speeds. I was happy with all he proposed and did. Through my own fault, I had trouble reconnecting the PC and hub. Jon fixed this for no additional charge. I recommend his good services.
