They fixed my Amazon Echo very quickly for only 25! I didn't think they'd be able to fix it honestly, but they pulled through!

Worst customer service I have had in the UK. I dropped of an Iwatch for repair and agreed a price of 80 and three days to get it done. I got it back at near double the price to pay, after 4 weeks. There was apparently a problem with stock for the screen, which I dont mind, but the communication was non-existent. Despite the gentleman in the shop telling me he would call me with updates he did only after my 5th visit to the shop when he had completed the work. This lead to me waiting for phone calls that never came, and repeated trips to the shop to collect with no work having been completed. Save yourself time, money, effort and stress - just get things done online.

Took my phone in see to what could be done as I dropped it on the road and a car ran over it. Staff were friendly and helpful and were able to diagnose what options I had to help me. I was apprehensive after reading the reviews on here, but my experience was good. Diagnosis cost me 25, which is more expensive than competitors who offer free diagnoses, but is local and they were able to look at my phone within an hour. Broomhill EasyTech quoted me 200 to replace the screen, which is equivalent or even cheaper than competitors. I'm currently weighing up my options as I'm looking for a new phone.
